Every generation has it’s own trend, so Punk was no exception. The Punks not only have their own very distinctive dress sense! but also their own brand of music. Even back in the 60′s there was “Garage Music” which is not too far removed from what we now know as Punk.

Skeleton costumes have always been around if you wanted to buy a costume on line, but now we see a Punk Skeleton Child Costume, this costume is really not for the feint hearted!

Fairy Costumes have been loved by little girls the world over for years, but step back and take a look at this Dark Fairy Costume, she can’t wait to get around the cauldron and stir up a brew with her friend in the witch costume. Fairies are usually depicted as small human beings but with magical powers. Usually they are hidden at the bottom of your garden, shhhh!

Why not organise a theme Halloween party this year. If you could enlist the help of the grown ups, you could have a BBQ or a bonfire. Children all over the world are celebrating this special holiday time. In Great Britain they often tie in Halloween with Guy Fawkes night. He lived in 1605 and tried to have a bonfire under the Houses of Parliament in London to blow up the king. He was captured and burned on top of a huge bonfire on 5th November. It it know as ” The Gunpowder Plot” Even to this day, the children make a large doll called a “Guy” and he gets tossed onto the fire.  They sing a rhyme which goes “Remember, remember the 5th of November with gunpowder, treason and plot. There is no reason why gunpowder treason should ever be forgot”.

Halloween is a great time to let your hair down and pretend to be a scary kid!
