Wearing a black cloak and hood and always carrying a scythe he has been likened to an angel of death . Remember you’ll have to spend the evening bending over, as he is usually an old man! The Grim Reaper costume is always a popular one to wear.

Swamp Monsters are creatures who sometimes look a bit like a fish or piles of swamp weed. They may live underwater and only come up for air on 31st October! Shrek has made us all very interested in swamp monsters again. I think this is a very unusual costume to scare the family with. Hopefully he will be as friendly as Shrek himself.

Skeleton Bones costume, this would be easy to wear, and may be not quite as scary.

What can I tell you about the Werewolf? There are a couple of ways you can get to be a werewolf. One is to be bitten by one. But for that to happen you would have to actually know one!. The second, and perhaps even more less likely is you would have to have had a curse put on you. So think carefully, have you upset anybody recently who seems that they might have a bit of werewolf in them! The Werewolf was made popular again thanks to Buffy’s friend who occasionally grew hair on his face. The answer always has to be, the silver bullet, that will put a stop to them.
